    How to SET target temperature (TEMP SET) :
    1. Press "MODE" to select the thermometer MODE: "PROBE 1" or "PROBE 2"
    2. Long press "START/STOP" for 2 seconds to enter to manual setting mode (numerical flicker). Press "MIN" or "SEC" to set temperature.
    3. After finishing setting, press "START/STOP" button to turn on/off the temperature alarm setting. When the temperature alarm setting is turned on, it will display on the screen.
    4. When the temperature of "PROBE 1" or "PROBE 2" reaches the preset level, the receiver will make a beeping sound, and the red liquid crystal backlight will be on. Press any button to stop the beeping.

    How to set the timer (TIMER):
    1. Press "MODE" to switch to "TIMER" mode. The screen will show "TIMER ▲", with default setting 0H00M00S or "TIMER ▼" (countdown)
    2. Press "MEAT" to set hour; press MIN" to set minute; press "SEC" to set second. After setting, press "START / STOP"
    3. When the timing or countdown is over, the receiver emits an alarm and the alarm icon flashes. You can stop the alarm and flash by pressing any button, or press "Clear" to reset.

    Tips:
    1. If the receiver and transmitter show LLL or HHH instead of the probe temperature, you need wait for the probe to reach the current temperature. If it still shows LLL or HHH after a long time, or wrong temperature, insert the probe into the transmitter and twist them back and forth to make good contact. If the problem persists, the internal probe wire may be short-circuited due to moisture or thermal damage.
    2. The probe can't keep in water for a long time
